We have just received stock of our first batch of this rather neat fixture, which is an LED strip light, designed to replace the T5 fluorescent linear tube units. This style of lighting fixture is typically used for cove lighting as well as under cabinets, in kitchens, in cupboards, storage areas and garages. It is a very practical product and easy to install, using just two clips and a couple of screws to hold it securely in place. It can be remotely switched, but also features a small rocker switch to enable it to be individually controlled.
We will supply this T5 equivalent LED strip light in 1 foot, 2 foot 3 foot and 4 foot lengths, but these highly practical products have an extra feature – they can connect together, using the integrated plug and socket system:

By connecting multiple lengths together, a long run of individually switchable lighting can be created at very low cost, then simply and quickly installed. Running costs are minimal, with the 4 foot unit using only 17 Watts but producing 1200 lumens (equivalent to two ordinary 60 Watt light bulbs).
The lamp fixture is fully integrated – there is no tube or bulb to change and the LED light source will last up to 35 years in normal residential applications.
